This evening group work out class focuses on cardio, strength, flexibility and balance and is designed for all physical abilities with modifications offered throughout to increase or decrease intensity.

This class meets at our satellite location at Dr. Martin Luther Church in Oconomowoc. Enter through the covered portico on the side of the building. Once inside, take the elevator to the fellowship hall in the lower level. 

FREE for Project Connect Participants! Bring your own water, all other equipment is provided and participants may invite a guest to join them.
