Mindful Movement & Meditation

Katie Nied, with Let Your Light Shine Yoga, will lead participants in a one hour class focused on relaxing and renewing your mind, body and spirit. All physical abilities are welcome to attend and chairs will be available for those who prefer.
The second and fourth Mondays of each month will be Christ-centered. The class will begin with a Christian devotion and scripture verse meditation followed by gentle movements and stretches aimed at promoting flexibility, strength and balance and end with a final resting pose allowing participants time and space to pray, reflect or simply just be still in God’s presence.
Cost: Free for cancer survivors
